360° surveys

Studio Tecnico Peluso stands out for its excellence in 360° surveys, offering advanced and highly technological solutions for every type of survey. Thanks to a combination of tools such as drones, GPS, laser scanners, electronic levels and total stations, the Studio performs precise and detailed topographic surveys, both in 2D and in 3D, on terrain of different dimensions.

Digital returns include CAD/GIS documents and georeferenced point clouds for accurate terrain visualization. With the terrestrial laser scanner survey, it is possible to merge data between indoor and outdoor surveys, producing a complete digital model of buildings and infrastructures. The Studio's drone fleet, supported by dual-band GNSS RTK systems, makes it possible to generate topographic drawings with precision to the centimeter, even in complex or unreachable

contexts.

Finally, the Peluso Technical Studio offers a complete survey service for the registry of civil and industrial buildings, carrying out a detailed census of components such as windows, fire protection systems, electrical and anti-intrusion systems, as well as other structural elements. BIM: Building Information Modeling

The Peluso Technical Studio is at the forefront of the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology for the digitization and management of buildings and infrastructures. Using BIM, the Studio creates digital twins of existing buildings and designs new structures, integrating architectural, structural and plant engineering elements into a unique information model.

The CAD to BIM methodology allows you to convert existing CAD drawings into multidisciplinary BIM models, useful for monitoring the state of assets. Through the Scan to BIM service, the Studio performs digital surveys with 3D laser scanners, generating a detailed cloud of points from which to develop the BIM model of the entire building or

specific parts.
